After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

Steelies are better.

Yeah, I'll take steelies over hub caps, generally.  I do love my alloy 5-spokes though.

I think Honda, in general, has fairly nice looking wheel covers.

Old school ones that aren't made of gray plastic.

one thing I don't like is when a manufacturer tries to imitate their alloy wheels with wheel covers.  I think Honda does this with the Accord.  Generally speaking, it seems to cheapen the actual alloy wheels and usually makes for terrible looking hubcaps, considering how much steel wheel usually shows through.

Chevrolet has done it too.  My friend has a 2007 Malibu, with what looks like alloy wheels at first glance.  But they are just plastic wheel covers, over a 5-spoke steel wheel.

This setup exactly.

to be honest, I think that's pretty clever (assuming the wheel cover "spokes" actually cover up the steelie spokes). I always thought the later models of the previous-gen Altima has nice looking wheel covers, but they do a horrible job of hiding the steelie behind it:

The ones I can't stand are the cheap Walmart ones that bulge out in the middle like a convex lens. At least the factory ones are flush/flat.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

I dig the star of David pattern my Saturn has. It doesn't look expensive, but it does look kinda cool in a simple 1990s sort of way.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

The ones ford put on their E250 vans. I use them to hold tools and screws in at work like a bucket.
