You could do the MX-5 and Mazda one without problems I "think." It's been about 2 years that I've worked on one of those.
But the M mazda emblem in the center will have holes.

Yeah, definitely leaving the Mazda M on both the front and rear.  But should I remove the miata and mx-5?

The only thing it would do is make it easy to wax. But if it was my car I'd just keep them on.

I like the cleanliness of debadging.  I would do it if there are no holes left.

Personally I think the badging on the rear  is quite tasteful and discreet.  I wouldn't remove it.  But I think they (except for the "M" or the diamond in a circle) are just held on with double sided foam tape so it's an easy removal and reinstallation.

They are. But you have to get them back on in just the right place or they look dumb. And no tape you can buy will work or stick as well as the factory stuff. If I took them off I'd just buy new ones if I was ever going to put them back on.

Your color behind them could be a little different because of it never seeing the sun. But on such a new car it just need some wax and elbow grease to fix that. If you did it to my car then it take more then that.
But I'm with John, they look fine. And if you can't take the M off then what's the point of taking the other ones off?

MrH

Just a cleaner look overall.  There's a whole lot of chrome badging on the back on a pretty tiny car.  Just seems redundant to have the Mazda logo and spelled out.

MrH, dumb question, but did your car come with a valet key?

I bought some greyish foam emblem tape with a red pull off vinyl covering at an automotive paint store that works really well. 3M product I think.    A small role was about $6. A few weeks ago I found the same tape for half that price at Hobby Lobby.

3M makes the best stuff. But I still think the factory tape works the best.
