It looks a lot like that limited edition they did a few year back that was themes on the f22 raptor... both look equally badass

Reventon? I want one of those, bad.

I don't like ti all that much. I don't hate it really but to tell the truth I've not been a fan of any Lambo after the Diablo.

Even their names suck these days.

The Aventador, like the name of practically every Lambo car since the Miura, is related to bullfighting.

Aventador was the name of a famous fighting bull from the early 90s.

Apparently they got 50+ orders from Singapore alone ... and Singapore is the most car-unfriendly place on earth. Although very wealthy, the city-state is small and very dense, car prices are very high (at least double), car ownership taxes are outrages and the price of fuel is too. WTF?

The entire first year has been sold out. Looks like the Aventador is a home run.

Correct, and the bulls name, loosely translated, means kick in the ass. In this case the ass of a certain prancing horse.

The Aventador guy or anyone with more money than sense with a car that'll get 'em laid in an instant?

You aren't the only one.  The guy with the Scud has had almost all of his cars keyed.  A couple years ago his Countach was keyed across both sides along with his two evos [Only has one now)and his F430 Spyder (Sold it to get the Scud).  Just this week his C63 was keyed also.

If your point is that they're so fast that a paddlebox does it better, then it's not a car I want, period, if I believed your claim.

Is this the guy in San Francisco or whatever? I remember reading a thread a couple of years ago about a keyed Countach and Evo, must've been him.

If I lived on a track, I'd be impressed by track technology on road cars.  Until then, the Lotus Elise remains the ultimate car.

The Lotus Elise will prove to be more fun on the track than the Aventador would be.  The Aventador would be fun to show off and pick up chick with.

I "wonder" which of the two will be more fun to drive on the road
