Albequerque -- for sure.  At least it's a damn fine guess IMO.

I was there for an incredibly boring week of training on Base when I worked for the Air Force 16 yrs ago.  It was beautiful, but boring because I was living on base with no rental car.   Booooorrrringgg.  Escaped once with a few classmates and was blown away by the dessert and surrounding area.
