edit: Now that's what I'm talking about...
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Alright, really more of a 1980's series, but I'll add him.

I was born in 1988. I don't know what that is.
I'm sure you've seen some references to it in your Family Guys or what have you.

EDIT: looked at the title. Aw, sheeeiiittt, I didn't read the fine subject.

Yes. Unfortunately, Seth MacFarlane is too full of himself to realize that his target demographic was born in the 80's and 90's.

The show ran into the '90s, I'm sure of it.

I can't watch American sitcoms here. They're just not funny when they're dubbed into German.

No, all the people born in the 70's that I know watch it too.

Yes, but it wasn't any good in the '90s.

I voted for Uncle Phil, but if it was '80s Cliff versus everyone else, well it'd be easy.

Family Matters blew, but, until they started shamelessly adding characters to keep the story going, the Cosby Show was pretty good. Fresh Prince had its moments for sure, but it wasn't a great show.

Carl Winslow.  Love that show.

Agreed for 99% of sitcoms.

I was really into Frasier and Seinfeld when NBC was at its zenith in the mid '90s. Since then, the only sitcoms I've enjoyed have been The Office and The IT Crowd.

The only American sitcom that works in German is "The King of Queens".

That's the only sitcom I've ever really watched when it was on TV and I felt like it. I tried watching "According To Jim" but I couldn't make it through the first five minutes!  :mask:

"The War At Home" is only worth watching for Kaylee DeFer!

I do like "The Big Bang Theory" and they did a great job of dubbing it into Deutsch. Works.  :ohyeah:

Moesha according to the URL link? Never heard of it. They didn't show it here but they do show the Cosby Show, which I am not a fan of it. Early/ mid-1990s sitcoms were actually quite boring IMO.

I'm not surprised; UPN's demographics, budget and market are different from NBC. At least Bill Cosby had the cred and the crossover dollars.

Most of those shows (everything but The Big Bang Theory) suck in English too.
