Mullin Auto Museum - see the world's most expensive car

Finally managed to time a visit to the Los Angeles area with a Saturday when the stunning Mullin Auto Museum was open....... and by goodness, is it worth a visit if you like elegant cars from the 1930s. The display includes over 20 Bugatti, including the Type 57 that set a world record of $40m when last sold (!), the largest collection of Voisin (who? well, the winning car at Pebble Beach this year was a Voisin C25 Aerodyne - it's amazing!), and lots more besides.

The museum is in Oxnard, about 5 minutes south of the Ventura Freeway, and it is well worth your $10 admission charge. You do have to pre-book though.
