I think this is a hilarious prank. If I was one of the officers who ended up with this sticker on my car I would hope that they would let me keep the old sticker when they put a new sticker on.

Get off it man, its a prank, its harmless, and nobody got hurt, much less "dishonored."
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?
