993, but I'm really liken the 991 too.

Really, I like all of them but the 996.

Raza

The 964 is my favorite.  It's ultimate iteration of the original 911 design.  The 993 was as radical a departure as the 996 was.  I like them all though, and I'd be thrilled to have any of them.

The 964 looked like a 930 with aftermarket shit tacked on. But I'd take one over a 996. 930 is my fave, followed by 993.

In terms of looks, my favorite of all time is still the 930 Turbo with that enormous rear spoiler and the twin tips sticking out from the rear at a funny angle.  Not lovely at all, but serious about its intentions.  The 991 would clearly be the one to beat on a track though.

3-way tie between the 993, 997 and 991.

They all look the same.

I like all of them to tell you the truth. But I grew up with the 930 and  knew someone who had one. He would take me for rides in it as a kid. So it holds a place in my heart.

Vinsanity

I'm leaning towards the 993; it's a good balance between old school and new school

Northlands

Definitely a 993.

I love them all, but a 993 is a no contest for me.

The only one of these I ever see charming the money out of my wallet would be a slant nose 930.

930, with the stupid huge whale tail.

I accidentally voted for 964, though.

Rupert

I hate those damn whale tails. The 911 was such a good looking car before the whale.

I fucking love whale tails. But I've never thought any 911 was all that great looking. Not ugly, but not good looking either.

sportyaccordy

It changes with me but honestly I would love a plain jane 964 or 993. People go nuts for the extreme editions but the base cars are damn good and more realistic

Honestly, I'm with you here. Base models or an "S" model at most are the ones that get me to escape into fantasy. Not that I wouldn't murder someone for a GT3 or GT3 RS.

Yeah, I'd be okay with a basic one, at least if it's a newer model. Definitely want a Turbo or one of the more rare versions of the older models, though.

I agree, but that particular wheel style has got to be among the worst Porsche ever designed.
