Another weekend.......... so, another event...........

This one was very local, just the other side of the city.

Organised by Pistonheads, "Caring with Cars" ran for the first time in 2011, and combined the pleasure of seeing around 500 interesting cars, with the objective of raising money for a local Childrens' Charity.

The 2012 event was just as good. It did not rain, but it was so cold that I nearly had to go home to get the coat I should have taken with me! 510 cars were accepted, including such things as a McLaren MP4-12C, a Ferrari 458 Italia and an immaculate BB512, more TVRs than you could count, and all sorts of rare cars from a Peugeot 309 GTi to an Alpina B9 based on the E24 6 series.

Wow, I had totally forgotten that these even existed! 





There's one of these in one of the many side streets in my area. It never parks in the same spot twice so I don't always locate it. I've shot a few pics of it before.
