Here's a fairly recent pic of my truck, a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Laugh all you want, it's been, knock on wood, a dependable ride. 69,000 miles, 3.9 V6. 

I posted some pics in the "test" forum in the jalopy section, so figured WTF. That black bar above the roof is a kayak hauler.

That's pretty low miles for a truck that old.  Nice.

Definitely not a friggin' jalopy though.
