Yeah, the horrific styling and the knowledge that I'd be paying thousands more for a Honda with some chintzy tinsel tacked on are both deal breakers for me.

Just tell her to save her money and get another CR-V.  The Acura badge and the phony sham-snobbery that goes with it are a waste of money.

No doubt about that, Greg. I have been inspecting a few Lexus and Acura models for the client I mentioned and throwing in Infiniti into the mix, I have to admit -- the Japanese produce some really incredible luxury vehicles. Many have extraordinary quality and noted for superior reliability
