There are a lot of bad ones, but some of them are real stinkers. Which ones sucked the most?

Looking at their list of productions I had no idea they had so many; many I've never seen and I'm sure many of those are awful (Laverne & Shirley in the Army - lol). Of those I'm aware I'm gonna go with Scooby Do when Scrappy hit the scene. Abominable.

How about best? I'm going with the original Johnny Quest and The Flintstones (which were both prime time adult shows when the first aired in the '60s).

Jonny Quest was fucking awesome.  I loved that show.  I have it on DVD, actually.

I'd have thought you love Scrappy, since he was the first openly gay hero in cartoons.  "Let me at him!  I'll splat him!"

Wow, most of these I don't even remember.  But one I do recall is "Partridge Family 2200 A.D." (later renamed "The Partridge Family in Outer Space" for syndication).

It was basically the Partidge Family characters dropped into The Jetsons universe.  And yes, it was just as bad as it sounds!  Ahh, the '70s.  What a strange decade!

Oh, I also remember the awful 1970s-era Tom and Jerry cartoons.  I can only assume Hanna-Barbera thought the original 1940s and 1950s-era Tom and Jerry cartoons were too violent for 1970s kids and radically changed the two main characters.  Instead of trying to kill each other, Tom and Jerry were now best friends and spent each episode co-operating and helping each other and partaking in all sorts of caring and sharing nonsense.  It was so saccharine sickening, I wanted to puke!  They even gave Jerry a cute little red bow tie.  WTF?

Love that show.  And guess what?  They're the same guys that make Archer now.  No wonder I love both shows so much.

Archer has gotten better. The second season was really weak. The first was brilliant, it's been kind of mediocre since.

Ha, ha, I remember! How desperate they must have been to voice that. FWIW, The Professor lives up here in the Puget Sound region somewhere (like Vashon or Bainbridge Island).

I loved Ruff and Reddy in the late 50's.  That was HB's first TV production.

Reddy was a smart mouthed cat and ruff was a not so smart dog.  They did a series where they went to a metal planet, Muni Mula (aluminim spelled backwards) populated by robots.  Ruff's reading the paper and asks "whats a ufo" pronouncing it oofo. Reddy responds "not oofo you goofo, thats U-F-O, unidentified flying object".   Funny stuff for the time.
