Gorgeous car. I think MB has taken the crown from BMW with this, especially if this design language trickles down.

The nose is terrible, but otherwise, it's gorgeous.

They probably did that to lower the CG, I bet this thing just dances around a race track....all 2 1/2 tons of it.

Don't know why those pics are so bad, but there are much better versions out there.

I'm going to win the lottery next week, and this will be one of the first cars I buy.

This is seriously hot. Wow.

Remember that black CL63 AMG I shot? Well the owner is a 70+ year-old lady who only buys the AMG CL's and has told me that she'll get the new model ASAP. Oh boy! I can't wait to shoot THIS thing (in production form and in AMG trim)!  :mrcool:

This is what I imagined cars from the future to look like.

Sounds like a typical CL owner, actually.  Septuagenarian.

Sounds like a waste of a perfectly good AMG.

Aside from the peak of the crack era I'm not sure the SEC has ever been a young man's car.

Rear end looks amazing. Too bad about the front.

SVT666

Yeah, the car looks gorgeous except for the front which is downright awkward.

It's a car that appeals to people who want comfort and power.  :ohyeah:

Exactly. Septuagenarians are this car's core market. Young men want sports cars, not land yachts.

Is that a fact or a generalization?  ;)

I wouldn't mind a CL if somebody gave me free gas and parking spaces where it could fit into.

this car is awesome looking.  way better than a bentley coupe.  two nitpicky comments:  couldn't they have given the unfortunate rear passenger a few inches of leg space and why the digital speedo?

I just lolled so hard.

I'm loving this thing.  The front end isn't the best looking, but it's being bold: "here's my fucking grille, lowly commoners."

I'm not a fan of the long flat panel displays automakers are throwing in interiors.  There are better and more stylish ways to incorporate them, use some imagination.

It seems they haven't figured out how to make curved or non-rectangular screens yet. Probably a cost thing too....
