belt squeal

I think it was after I swapped the power steering rack I get some nasty belt squeal upon startup.

It goes away after a few seconds, but it's worse if the A/C is on- where do I even start with this one???

Start with just checking the tensioner and what sort of shape the belt is in.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Loose belt, bad belt, bad tensioner, bad pulley... Pretty much all there is?
