Ferrari California T review

Im fighting the urge to make a dig. But I will just say, Im very surprised at how good and natural this thing sounds.

The Italia is getting a variant of this engine too.

If it weighs close to what the regular engine does they have made the case for it. It sounds exactly like the Italia I drove.... maybe even a little more raw/throaty.

Proportions are great. I think sports cars (particularly the 458 and C7) are starting to get too low and wide. This looks like a "proper" sports car.

You guys like the California? I wouldn't have guessed that.

I'm starting to come around on it. I think the looks better prior to the refresh. I'm OK with turbos on the thing. Not sure how I feel about that on the 458 though.

I really dig the re-style.

Still not my favorite Ferrari, but much better than the previous design.

I don't. Not a roadster guy and while it's a sports car it's at odds with the rest of the lineup. But it does look good, and more importantly, it's the first "4 cylinder" (flat plane V8) DI turbo engine I've heard that doesn't sound like total ass.
