Is it truly due to untested new tech, or do they just have terrible quality control?

Remember my thread about stupid engineering software + so called engineers that couldn't even change a fucking tire if their life depended on it? Here you go....

At Chrysler, increasing sales just means that many more cars they'll have to fix later....

Quality control, Chrysler has never really been good at it, and Fiat is also garbage

They don't have the resources of GM or Ford.

Although, it seems like every mechanical failure is a recall nowadays. I don't know why anybody would want to build cars now. It seems like unlimited liability.

Its funny, I was in Detroit last weekend. GM and Ford HQ's look so grand and elegant. Then Chrysler's looks like a generic ass office building.

Wonder which buildings you were looking at? The Glass House has always looked pretty dated to me ( of course it is), the actual GM building is grand Art Deco opulence, but of course no longer the headquarters, and the Ren Cen is more hotel than headquarters.

The Auburn Hills Chrysler headquarters is sort of bland, generic '90s stuff, but it's pretty nice and really sprawling, and larger.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Kind of ironic that the Renaissance Center was originally conceived by Henry Ford II and financed by Ford.

Seriously? Chrysler's tech center is probably the most impressive one out of the three IMO. Were you looking at the one in Auburn Hills?
