Rupert is begging for some roasting of a picture of him

I broke the latch that releases the middle seat to come down   Can't find it anywhere online to buy either.  Probably going to get boned by the dealership to fix.

I don't think black wheels are ricey.  I'mma have black steelies eventually.  Ricey would be...19" yellow rims with rubber bandz on a fourRunner.

I mean, at least that would more closely match how he uses it.

Still haven't put the TuRD Pro suspension on.  I drive it too regularly to keep it out of action for a few days.  I considered paying a shop to do it, but they want $450 to install and align.  Seems like a lot to me.

If an alignment is $80 and the shop charges $80-100 per hour, that's about 4 hours of labor to change the suspension. What all needs to be done, again? Springs + shocks + sways? Doesn't sound too far off.

I figured it was because you realized how much of a poser you'd be and decided not to install it after all.

No, just shocks. Rear is simple. Front is independent, so you need to remove the old coils, remove the top mounts, compress the new spring and install the top mount, and then install in the car.

That's the main reason I don't feel like doing it at home. The new springs are huge and require quite a bit of compression and need a serious spring compressor. I don't feel like trying that at home with one of those shitty ones you borrow from autozone.

Silver is less bro-like so I'd lean towards that. As long as they aren't the same shade as the car.

Having a clean 4Runner that never leaves the street with knobby tires and offroady suspensions is already bro as fuck.  Might as well go full brotard.

I put black wheels on Versa S because they were cheaper and lighter than the other coloures. Black wheels are for poor people.

Sample pics with your exterior color. IMO, black looks better. The gunmetal is too similar to your exterior (unless there's a third, lighter colored option).

Lebowski

The pic he posted earlier looked lighter than that, but could have just been the lighting. I agree in those pics the black looks better cause the gunmetal too close to his paint ... but a lighter silver would look better than both imo.

Yeah, I think it's a combination of the lighting (reflection off that near-white driveway) and the black paint rather than Mike's gray.

Either you're sensory perceptions are way off or something was seriously wrong with your Genesis if your 4runner is way better on the highway than a modern fullsize luxo sedan

The Genesis apparently had serious issues. I think it was mostly related to the R-Speciness of that particular one. Normal Geneseses seem to be fine.

In typical Hyundai fashion, ride quality was garbage, steering tuning was really bad, suspension geometry caused it to wander everywhere and pull hard with the road crown, and the seats weren't comfortable.
