New NSX or used 458?

http://www.motortrend.com/news/new-acura-nsx-or-used-ferrari-458/

Here's how the chief engineer justifies an NSX purchase over its competition:

QuoteI would say, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, 'What do you want from your special car purchase?' If you're buying the car to brag, if you're buying the car to multiply your personhood, then, you know, go big. But if you're confident in who you are and if you if really want to use this product, to experience life in new and enriching ways—the bandwidth on an NSX, the wide range of special experiences you can have, it is amazing.

:wtf:

I would buy a 348 over a new NSX.... 458 lol nooooooooooo cooooooooooonnnntesssst though a 6MT F430 would probably my pick of the breed. I think the only supercar I would not buy over the NSX is the GT-R.... since the NSX is basically a mid engine GT-R.

If I were buying a used Ferrari, a 348 would be near the bottom of the list.  You know it was junk when even the big wigs at Ferrari have gone on the record as saying it wasn't very good.

355 for me.
"On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high." - Ayrton Senna

I would take an old NSX over the new NSX.

355, still the sexiest. Makes a 430 look like some committee designed it on a lunch break.

EDIT: Okay, that one's bullshit.

I'd take an Oculus Rift, the upcoming VR Forza game, and my couch. Driving involvement will be the same, and I can choose from 1000 other cars.

That's getting a bit extreme.

Need the cash for sick mods so it's faster than the NSX. $2000 should be enough. Tune + NOS.
