Gents, I present to you the most ballin' driver I've seen. Nico Rosberg

12,000 RPM

Get it while the getting's good. I don't blame him. F1 seems to be a mess

My initial reaction was this, as stated by Lewis Hamilton...

Asked if he would miss the rivalry, Hamilton added: "Well, this is the first time he has won in 18 years, hence why it's not a surprise that he decided to stop. But also he's got a family to focus on and probably wants to have more children and Formula One takes up so much of your time.

It must must have made him wince, at least for a moment, that he is leaving $30 Million + lying on the table.

Interesting... Wonder if it's just to get out of a contract that locks home together with Hamilton

Pretty sure he just signed a 2 yr extension with Mercedes over the summer for something like $50M/season. Leaving A LOT of money behind.

Really curious to see who'll end up in that seat, especially considering Toto Wolff/Mercedes seems to be all about having two #1 drivers. So probably rules out Wehrlein even if he's the big young driver for Mercedes. I'd love to see Fernando in that Mercedes seat personally.

Looking like JB retired a few days too early

That would only happen in Lewis wasn't in the other seat.

I'd love to see that too. Practically guarantees Lewis gets punched in the face. Won't happen though. Not sure of the solidity of Verstappen's contract, but I can see him in the vacant Mercedes seat.

Is Rossi available?  Would be nice to see an American driver in a good car...

We have a Canadian in the lineup next season.   Lance Stroll is replacing Massa at Martini-Williams. He's an 18 yr old prodigy that's been kicking ass in Europe.

Most if not all come from rich families... they have to. This kid has real talent, and the billionaire father thing has already been defeated.
