Nice. Hopefully it follows through. Such an incredible building. Would love to see it redone.

Well, they're moving them from Dearborn mostly, so its not a
big move.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

But is the difference between Dearborn and this part of Detroit, not similar to the difference between East-LA, and West-Hollywood?

It's only a couple of miles.  I doubt any employees will actually bother to move their homes because their workplace moved 5 miles.

Sedans haven't been popular in Europe for years.  China and South/Central America are still big sedan markets.

I took that as Sporty talking about car shapes entirely.

Ford has a similar reputation in Europe; loads of incentives.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

The whole "fourth" general assembly line is made from scrap stuff they have laying around, it's made in a tent that's open to the outside. This dude has no idea what he's doing. This is going to Enron/Theranos Level of collapse.

What I see is a witch hint ensuing; rounding up every contractor that's used their own laptop, or sent an attachment in an email.

I'm damned certain that any rules Tesla has about this are badly crafted, not widely known, and often ignored. I've never worked for any automotive concern that had any real clue about securing their networks. Tesla isn't likely to be different, and probably much more chaotic.

Over my career I've seen and warned companies & professional firms about networks not secured on even the most basic level. They've usually been intelligent & accomplished people. But usually they've thought I was just huckstering. Only actual breaches (& a ransomware attack in one case) got them to act.
I have no idea what's going on in Tesla. But it's looking wobbly from this angle.

Musk is a hype man and it will be his undoing.  People have limited tolerance for big talkers who can't back it up.  Especially when they keep failing to live up to the hype and don't ever seem to learn some humility or to tone down their claims to something more achievable.
