Italian company Caselani make bodykits to tranform modern Citroën vans into facsimiles of the classic Citroën H van.

And since both the Citroën Jumper and the Ram ProMaster are badge engineered variants of the Fiat Ducato, the Caselani Type H kit can be fitted to a US-spec Ram ProMaster van.  There are even a few American distributors for Caselani, including this one in Atlanta...

I can't explain why, but something tells me I need one of these in my life.  I don't know what I would do with it.  I really don't need a van.  I have no real use for this thing but, come on, just look at it!
