I was just looked at that picture and thought Ohio. I don't know why. I just though Ohio.

I googled a little and found it in:

Canton, Ohio. The McKinley Memorial.

By the way I'm not hijacking anybody's pictures to put up so somebody else's is going to have to put up if I'm right.

I've never even been to Ohio.

yep sparkplug you got it and if everyone looked close enough they would see a Ohio flag just under the American one to the left of the monument. Since sparkplug doesn't want to do it the first person to put a new one up gets it.
