Guess it's time for hints...since no one replied..

-Never sold in North America OR Europe
-Production from 1998 to Present... a front-end refresh was done in 2004, but the back of the current one looks exactly the same. Not visible in the picture is one of those huge spare wheels on the tailgate.

I was going to make a guess yesterday, but I'm really not sure what it is. I'm pretty sure it's a Kei-car, but which one I don't have a clue.

Wild guess says it's a Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin.

It's an Indian-market SUV. Another hint. Ultra luxury (as per Indian standards), and shared a platform with the Merc ML270 CDI in 98, not sure about now.
