Nope and nope.  Good guess though.  They were just moving her down the river last week.  I had to work instead of walking four blocks to Sinatra Park and watching it.

Hahah, I had a feeling you wouldn't make it that easy, but I thought I'd try anyway.  I caught an article about the move as well, they had some complications with it being stuck in mud.

No, those are just tug boats.  The angle of the photo makes the bow wave look like a submerged hull, that's all.
