That interior design strikes me as a early-mid 80's vehicle.

Also the shifter and high tunnel suggest its possibly american and RWD.

It is definitely a pre-1995 vehicle (when a driver's side air bag became required) or a very low volume vehicle. It also looks like a suv to me, probably Japanese due to the location of the shifter.

You just answered your own previous guess. It is pre 1995.

I couldn't find anything even remotely close (I looked at pretty much every suv interior from the early '90s) so it was worth a shot.
