Odd. It looks like some one built a mini-tokyo tower and an ugly version of the CN tower and popped them up on a hill. I haven't a clue, but central Europe?

The one resembling the Eiffel tower looks like the transmitter Ismaning in Germany, that was demolished in the 80's, but I don't think there was a second tower near it.
