Man, I love that.  Looks a lot like the FJ62 my dad used to own.

Feels odd to see a real truck.

I'd really like to know when the U.S Landcruiser/LX470 will be redesigned. Anyone know?

They'll probably just drop it, I doubt the sales numbers for those things are even in the 10,000's now.

I find that very unlikely. They'll keep a Lexus model to compete with the large Mercedes SUV.

You're my age.  We're getting old.  Plus, now that you're married, your life expectancy has gone way down, since you're more likely to be poisoned by your wife.

If I were in the market for an SUV, it would be on my list.

Not high on my list, though.  It is still a Toyota.

I like old school SUVs.  It's almost as if it's from a different era.

Not that that's a bad thing, these trucks will probably last forever.

Wow, this the most positive reaction I've seen to a Toyota in a while!

A used car dealer in my hometown has been trying to unload a green Landcruiser like this:

for the past few years. I think it must have some body work done to the rear because its back end has a lot more "planes," or "facets" in the design. It's a cool car, and I'd consider throwing down some scratch on it if it weren't half-a-century old.
As I write, highly civilized human beings are flying overhead, trying to kill me.

Past simple conjugation of the verb to stink.
