I'll never drive the cars that he did on this so I have no way of knowing what they are like. But my experience with more affordable cars makes me believe every word he said. Cars from 10-20 years ago are more fun to drive then many of the ones out now. Lap times be damned.

I am with him on that 100%. I *like* new supercars like the 599 GTB, but I *LOVE* cars from the era when a manufacturer had to get all the settings right in one shot, rather than mucking it up and giving us all these options (variable damping, electronic diffs, etc)...
