And let me just say, right off the bat, the "Stingray" or "Sting Ray" is not the name of any particular car! It means nothing. It's just a little marketing thing they added on because Bill Mitchell supposedly styled the '63 Corvette like a sea creature.

Soup DeVille

That's a tough one- although I can't deny the sheer awesomeness of the C6s or the ultimate coolness of the Stingrays;

The one I see most likely to ever decorate my driveway would be a late model C4.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Onslaught

C2 but the C6 is close.

Eye of the Tiger

What can I say, the C6 pwns them all!... although a close second would be a '61 Mako Shark, but only because it's so darn good looking.

I don't think one-off showcars are a serious option for most of us.

Unlike the rest of you guys, if I moved the Z out of the garage, I could drive my choice tonight. :evildude:

One can have dreams... but if I was going to buy a 'vette, it would surely be a C6, no questions.

I'm going to buy a tube radio so we can huddle round it and, by the light of a single candle, listen to President Obama's fireside chats.

After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

C1..then sell it and make a tidy profit.

C3 is my favorite; I'll pass on the big block for a hi-po small block though.

C6 Z06. Tiff's review of it made me fall it love with that car.

1969 427 Stingray.

Because my god is that thing sexy.  And it's got my three favorite Corvette styling elements: L88 hood, side pipes, and shark gills.  Elegance doesn't begin to describe it.

C6 is absolutely the best vette ever. I love it. However, the one that Sander posted is absolutely undeniably gorgeous in every aspect of the word. I will take that and a C6 Z06 in blue thank you!

That 69 Stingray looks good and I love the color. I can't say that I like the hood.

:nutty: The L88 hood is the greatest thing ever wrought from a single sheet of fiberglass.

Onslaught

I like dull looking cars I guess. Don't like big bulges or massive hood scoops.

the Teuton

They're all cool for different reasons, but my vote of ownership would go to a C2 split window.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I voted C3 ('68-'82 but I like the '68-'73).

Something doesn't look quite right about that particular hood.

In general I'm not a fan of the L-88 hood. It's tall, and one already sits way down in the C3.

C6 and C4 are my favorites.

omicron

C3, but only with chrome bumpers front and rear.

There was a C3 four speed for sale near me a while ago, and everyone told me not to buy it.
