280Z Turbo

The most important part...
:ohyeah:

The S130 '81-'83 280ZX Turbo:

The Z31 '84-'89 300ZX Turbo:

The Z32 '90-'96 300ZX Twin Turbo:

The 280ZXT is my favorite, followed by the Z31 300ZXT, followed by the Z32.

The engine bay of the Z32 300ZXTT is too cramped to work in and requires too much expensive maintainence.

Tave

I voted for the first one. They are beautiful cars.

Depending on price, that could be a good deal.

Onslaught

1st or 3rd. Can't stand the 2nd one. Only Z car I don't like.

JYODER240

I've always had a soft spot for the Z32.

1st for 3rd for sure.  I voted for the first just because I love the classic Z car shape.

Raghavan

2nd.
Couldn't decide between that and the 1st.

The one with two turbos.

Of course.

I am fully expecting most people to vote for the Z32 because of the fancy "twin turbos"!

I'm not really sure why the Z31 has such a bad reputation. The Z31 was lighter than the Z32, but no one calls the Z32 a "pig".

I guess it's because many felt that the Z31 had become a cruiser and not as much as real sporting GT.  The Z32 was rather heavy, but quoting an old C&D review it carried it's weight like an olympic athlete.  It also looked so darn good, and still looks great today.  I remember some old reviews of the Z32 and almost every comment was overwhelmingly positive about its balance of comfort and performance.  It even held C&D's ten list spot for every year of it's production for 6 years, something no Z car managed to do.

I agree, it is a pig.  Usually looks are subjective to me, but in this case the Z31 is so ugly...wow.

I didn't say the Z31 was a pig. I like the Z31.

The 84-85 models probably weigh less than a lot of modern COMPACT cars.

I meant that the Z32 was a pig, but I like it more than the Z31 because of its looks.
