...a Honda Accord's what?

Raghavan

 I like the 3rd and 4th.

the Teuton

I voted 4th gen, but I wouldn't pass up getting a 7th gen.  The 4th was the last of the "simple" Accords.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

4th, wagon pls. k thx bye.

The Pirate

I love the 5th gen.

My dad had a '97 EX 5 speed when I was in high school.  He also had a company car at the time, so the Accord was pretty much always available to me.  I've a lot of fond memories in that car.

Raghavan

The 5th gen is a pretty good looking car.

I like most of them to be honest.  The only ones I don't really know anything about are gens 1 and 2.  I've always been a Honda fan ever since I saw my friend's 1998 Accord in 2002 with 220,000 miles on it.  That was impressive.

As Raza said we don't have 'model years', but I think it was between 1998 and 2003.

Smart car though, and a hatch too.

So, you wouldn't say that you have a 1998 Accord?  You'd just say it was an Accord, or a sixth gen Accord?

Just an Accord I guess, maybe a mark 6 if people knew their models (which they don't for Accords).

If I had a Golf that was registered in 1997, I'd say I had a mark 4 Golf.

The year of registration is usually on the number plate anyway.

I believe they go by years of registration.  You can read it out on the license plate.

Not sure if I'm doing this right, Nick probably could.

That seems to be what would be called an "06 plate", which means it was registered in 2006?

Nicky, you can dissect that if you want.  I think I'm wrong.
