I've set the poll so that you can change your vote if need be.

I, for one, have absolutely no idea what to pick.

And the other, Mr. Toe?
can't decide between the pantera, the countach and the berlinetta boxer.

I picked the 930, but some of these cars actually are from the 1970s.  Look no further than the DeTomaso and BMW.  I don't even think the BMW made it to the 1980s.
2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

The BMW was produced from 1978 to 1981.  It just squeaks in.

Exports to the US of the Pantera ended in '75, but they were made well into the '80s, and continued in a restyled form until, ooh, '95?

It is certainly the most outrageous I can think of.  Concept car styling on a road car.  Crazy.

The Countach is a POS, but I still voted for it since it's just so damn cool looking.

I picked the Pantera...minus the wing ...a beautiful Italian/American hybrid with the flare of Italian design and a big chunk of noisy Detroit iron providing the muscle :ohyeah:!

If you gave me one then Countach all the way. If I had to buy it and keep it up myself then Porsche 911 Turbo.

What's rear-engined, German, RWD, and has a turbocharged flat-6? There ya go.

I picked the Pantera, but I really can't stand to look at any of 'em except the Porsche and Coun-tang. I'm not wild about the Pantera, but that body kit is charming.

Well the BMW M1 is mid-engined, German, RWD, and has six cylinders.

Okay, the M88 was not a boxer. Bayerische Motoren Werke has never made a boxer engine before. Secondly the M88 was not turbocharged. I don't understand your point.
