I sold a few of them to Bimmerpost.com for $ 140 per sighting in the past. But these days I don't have the time to go hunting for the first shots of a new model and then sell them to magazines. The stuff I spot around here has usually been spotted by someone else already, so I won't make any money of it. Magazines / websites will only pay for fresh spottings.

It didn't seem big enough to me to be an X5. More like a next-generation X3 perhaps that has "slightly grown in size".

And two 1990s Toyota Supra's in the space of 10 minutes. One black, one red. Looked like this...

the CX was never sold as a hatchback........ unlike the smaller GS which morphed into the hatchback GSA, the CX remained a 4 door saloon.

I labeled it a "Hatchback" because of the design. The CX was never a traditional "saloon / sedan" in the sense of a protruding trunk.

I forgot to mention I saw a Renault Fuego in the same junkyard I saw the Lancia Beta. The Beta was out front and being sold in one piece. The Fuego was on the yard, had the rear glass smashed and the trunk filled with junk from other cars.

I can join our West Coasters in having spotted a Model S -- very distinctive on the road.

I was also behind an older Grand Marquis taxi with a burned-out center brakelight. The turn signal just blinks the brake light, and the driver kept tapping the brakes, so both lights were blinking at different times.

Saw this on the norshside of Nashville today. I spotted the Lambo right as we were entering the highway- then noticed the Fisker following after we caught back up..

We followed for several miles- they were holding up traffic in the left lane doing 5-10mph over.

The picture was after 4 lanes of the Briley parkway had been reduced to 2..
