Well, I made a post about my gf element in the accident.. well it's been over 2 weeks and they've finally gotten around to towing that.  But basically, how do I go about in claiming for the rental and also possible lost in value of the car if they ended up not totalling the car.    Any suggestions?

By now you should have already been contacted by a claims rep.

You have to start with who's insurance is paying.

Well, a claim was filed with my gf's insurance against the other person's insurance.. but then what?
