Driven: The Sports Car of 1994

I've been tooling around over the past few days in my friend's 1994 Camry 2-door, the epitome of spirited sport driving of the 20th century.

When you first glance at it, you know it's meant to race with its powerful 2.2 liter dual-overhead-cam engine featuring a whopping 133 horsepower! When you walk around the car to get used to its stance, you're made aware of its racing heritage with the body-colored rear spoiler (with integrated brakelight!). Of course, Toyota doesn't compromise safety, so there's also a fully functional third brakelight in the window as well.

One of the reverse lights may be cracked, but it's weather-wear from its racing days. One does not need to worry about a reverse light when one is flying down the highway with 0-60 times of only ten seconds!!!

The 5-speed manual gearbox is smooth but confident, allowing for two-finger shifts. Even arthritics can enjoy the sporty feel of this fine piece of machinery. Men suffering from midlife crisis' can also enjoy this vehicle with its lovely cream-colored leather seats (with love tears on the rear cushions) and listen to their Eric Clapton cassettes on the fine four-speaker cassette stereo, also featuring both AM and FM radio.

If you're out on a sunny day and feel you need to take the top down, but don't want to compromise safety by purchasing soft top competitors such as the Porsche Boxster S or the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, just hit the one-touch sunroof button and the Camry Coupe instantly turns into a roadster! Or, for the price of one new air conditioning compressor, you can also enjoy a fine air-conditioned cabin!

The vehicle only has 294,000km on it but the 5SFE engine is still in its break-in period. The transmission is all original.

This pristine example of classic Japanese sport motoring can be yours for the worldly sum of $950!

I want that other 1994 Toyota sports car.

2. 1995 Saturn SL2 5-speed, 126,500 miles. 5,000 miles in two and a half months. That works out to 24,000 miles per year if I can keep up the pace.

I don't care about all that shit.  I'll be going to college to get an education at a cost to my parents.  I'm not going to fool around.

Toyota got it backwards. Usually coupes look better than their sedan counterparts. This looks like a dog's breakfast. How the hell can you be a fanboy for such drivel?

Liar? I don't think so. What have I said that's even "questionable" in the past year? Didn't think so.

Spoiled? How so, exactly?

Automotive taste is subjective, otherwise we'd all be driving one type of car.

I could care less what a closed-minded retard like you thinks, but having done something once doesn't automatically make somebody a bad person.

Note to Trep (again) .  Second time today.  You post this totally sarcastic thread and then get mad when people start on you?  This whole Camry fascination has gotten way too trollish.  I think you've gotten enough warnings as of late.
