I think Ford knows what it is doing.  Look at the front end on the Fusion.  Good thing they don't use this forum to gauge public opinion.

The front end of the Fusion doesn't really look that great either.. but I guess the American public likes gaudy so it's ok...

Not digging the chrome things on the lower front corners of the bumpers.  And the sedan is every bit as awkward as one would expect of a sedan in this class (meaning it's obviously an afterthought).  The hatch is decent, though.  Are they going to offer a 3-door?
