Old school mag wheels on a late model truck? Yes/No?

OK, it's a crappy Photoshop hack, but worth it? And also take about 3 inches out of the front end and maybe 2 inches out of the rear (lower) ?

I like the OE steel wheels with plastic hub caps.

Torq Thrusts work on lots of things, pick-ups included.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Eh, trucks are too utilitarian in my view for mods like that...

They look fine but I don't see the point of putting rimz on a truck.

Lowering it, maybe, but only if it doesn't detract from the usability.

Perrsonally I think custom wheels, especially ultra large diameter wheels look dumb are pretty much a waste of money on a pickup truck.  I look at pickups as utilitarian vehicles.

Yes.

Lowering would be cool only if you don't ruin the utilitarian aspect of the truck.

It's only a basic 2wd V6.

But it's still pointless to have a truck like that if you can't put more than 5 pounds in the bed because you lowered it.

Lowering the rear consists of lowering blocks. These don't change the leaf springs, they only move the axle higher in relation to the spring.

I'd leave it alone. Those wheels have aged a lot better than the weird giant-aluminum-teardrops that came on higher trim levels.
