I wanted to stop the rapid narrowing-down of your field of choices. This is a game who's purpose is to guess the car, after all. It isn't to get me to systematically eliminate entire manufacturers' or nations'-worth of cars to make it easier for you guys.

Limiting it to European is doing you guys a big favour in my opinion. The majority of guesses so far have been Japanese, so it should help a lot.

I'd be surprised if this isn't finished before page 7 (of the default posts-per-page setting).

It is a Vauxhall Viva. (well, this example was badged as Firenza. You can't really make it out, but this one is LHD, and was sold in Canada. Third-generation Vivas were sold as Firenza in Canada. It was one of the most popular cars in Britain in the 1970s, but ended up killing Vauxhall in Canada (which had been the second-largest import marque after Volkswagen), as it was incredibly unreliable.)
