Boxster cause the Z4 front end kills it for me

Wait, which one has better tires?

No advice can be worse than Coug's, in any thread, ever.

I picked the Z4, I love the S54B32 motor, it's a very fun and powerful engine.

I still love the 987, though. I would take the Boxster over the 3.0si.

After you wake up with the sun at 6am on someone's floor, coughing up cigarette butts and tasting like warm beer, you may well change your opinion on this matter.

The Pirate

If I'm not paying, I'd take the M Roadster.  Like you, I'd opt for the Boxster over lesser iterations of the Z4.

If I'm paying, a Miata will do just fine.

caveman have taste. caveman know how vote on poll?

MrEddy

That's not the kind of thing I could decide without driving both. If it was Boxster vs Z4 3.0 I would vote Boxster but you just can't assess these cars based on that experience.

MexicoCityM3

I think objectively the Boxster S is the better car, but I'd take the Z4M. It seems less civilized to me = more fun.

The S, but I'd have a hard time choosing between an M Coupe and a Cayman.

That would be even easier for me because the Cayman is so sleek and sexy while the M coupe looks like a botched impression of a Triumph GT6.

The Pirate

I love the look of the M Coupe, whereas the Cayman looks a bit awkward to me.

IMO, the Z4M Coupe has a gorgeous profile and rear end, plus it has more power than the Cayman, but the Cayman looks awesome too...

Looks like about 6" is missing from the back of that car.

You can tell it's an afterthought.

That is one hell of a question.

Z4M, but only just, and for no objective reason whatsoever.

Boxster S, I just can't get past the styling of the M.

Ditto.  The Z4 to me is a classic case of a beautiful shape ruined by the details.

Boxster S. The Z4 M looks better than the regular Z4 in my opinion, but I still don't like it. And I personally think the Porshce is beautiful, so it wouldn't be a hard pick for me.

You're my age.  We're getting old.  Plus, now that you're married, your life expectancy has gone way down, since you're more likely to be poisoned by your wife.

ro51092

Judging by this poll, a lot of you guys would take a car based on looks?

I'm not going to drive something I think is ugly,if that answers your question.
