I am thinking a con-rod separated. Fucking sucks. Looking to get a cheap H22 & do a little rebuild as I don't want to throw away more $$$$ junking the car completely.

How do you not know?

There should be a large hole in the side of your block.

They don't always window, he could have just spun a bushing, and that sounds nasty enough.
Maybe we need to start off small. I mean, they don't let you fuck the glumpers at Glumpees without a level 4 FuckPass, do they?

Bearing. You know what I meant.

I just didn't want sporty to go and rebuild his motor with rubber bushings in place of the bearings.

I've been ordering bushings for electric motors today, I guess I just had them in my head.

Wouldn't rubber bushings, instead of metal bearings, act as vibration dampers and smooth out the engine?

The devil you know....

Someone else swapped the same motor and is having similar shortblock issues. One of my friends said he will do the swap for very cheap, so I just need to get a cheap motor, have it running for a little bit and then I'll decide whether or not to let it go. There's a somewhat cheap and fully loaded 328i that's been on sale for about a month now.... 233k miles though :( Something is telling me to just surrender and get a Sentra

Good gods Sporty, you're car exploits have got to be driving you absolutely insane. The answer's there, I'm just not so sure why you're ignoring it (and no, it ain't dropping in a Prelude drive train).

So buying a significantly more expensive car is the answer?

Thinking about it... I could have this car running again for very very very cheap. To put in another Prelude motor and keep the car for any extended period of time would be the definition of insanity. I'm just trying to think of the benefits to keeping this car... I can't think of one. IDK man

You need a Beetle. No, not that Beetle, the other one.

It was too big, and it didn't have a sunroof.

I'm buying my next car from a dealer...
