My last tank: 19mpg (12.3 L/100km)

I have a hard time getting over 20, especially with this shit commute.

Laconian

I have a great commute but it has a lot of stoplights and stop signs.

28mpg, full throttle every light but I have 12 miles with 45mph and many of the lights are upwards of a mile or two apart. There are like less than 20 of them.

17.4 MPG in the V8 last weekend. Highway mostly.

But at 100 MPH+ with a few runs up above 130. So not that bad :)

Did 36.4 two tanks ago, immediately preceded by a 32.5 tank.  Last tank I think was around 24.  Probably looking at around 27 on the current tank.

I'm at 21.8 right now, all short trips in suburban stop-n-go. A far cry from the 32-34 mpg I got on the trip out here!

The 30+ tanks were ~98% highway cruising.  In 50/50 driving, I probably get around 23-24 mpg as long as I keep my foot out of it and merely accelerate with the rest of traffic.

Oh, and I did 53 and change on my last tank with the bike.

Just did a round trip run to Bellingham and back.  500 miles round trip, two mountain ranges in each direction with 5000' of elevation changes over both, 45 minutes of idling at the border crossing, and some city driving at both ends.  The G37 returned a 24.25 mpg average.

Laconian

I'm now doing a more reasonable 22mpg over areas with less stop and go.

I... can hardly believe my math! Explorer just got 18.9, 19.4, and 21.3 MPG! Those tanks were 65-70 mph curvy roads and slow forest roads (lowers gears used than normal, much lead footing), 65 mph curvy road cruising, and city (no sitting in traffic) combined with 85 mph freeway. There were some pretty good passes I went over, too, and I made no effort to not be lead-footed for any of these. This is a solid 3 MPG better than usual.

Pumped a bunch of E85 out of a friend's girlfriend's Ranger and into my own after she put the wrong stuff in.  I've been watching fuel trims and knock correction; none so far, but my fuel econ has to be below 20mpg for the first time ever.  Which makes sense, given my LTFT numbers.
